Kuntur Transportadora de Gas S.A.C. (KUNTUR) is a company duly incorporated in Peru for the sole purpose of developing and operating a pipeline to transport natural gas and other hydrocarbons.

At this time KUNTUR is exclusively controlled by Latin Power III, one of the private equity funds managed by Conduit Capital Partners, LLC ( www.conduitcap.com ).

Conduit Capital Partners, LLC. is based in New York and manages private equity funds specialized in energy projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. They have participated and still participate in projects like Aguaytia and Edegel in Peru.
